   Protection and Recruiting Talent
  HICUSA has always been the first to certify the most up to date information.  When some thought that the Implementation of the Integrated System of Management ISO 9001 was an imposition for the big companies, in 2002 HICUSA thought of it instead as a form of internal review in search of continued improvement and excellence..
While the majority of the petrochemical industry had difficulties, on their own, to be certified in Environmental Management Systems ISO 14000, HICUSA found a new motivation to respect the environment in a systematic and fair way. Both certifications have been granted and renewed by the prestigious LLOYD’s firm. The employees of HICUSA have the privilege of being part of a select group of 89 companies in Spain who make use of the certificate COMPANY FAMILIARITY RESPONSIBLE. Because at HICUSA we affirm that people are the primary assets, this affirmation must be sustained with policies of protection and recruitment of talent.

If the prevention
policies at HICUSA could reach all the consumer companies in the Spanish market
